Huh? Oh right, the cold. Sure, we can go in the item shop. You can probably find your clothes there whilst we're there.

[And in this cold weather any clothing is better than just some white pants. Walking off in the direction of the item shop, motioning for Mao to follow.]

The stuff they give you to wear when you first get here really doesn't keep you warm at all.

Wait, if they're in the item shop, does that mean I'll have to pay to get them back?

No, everything here is free. Should have mentioned that sooner. It's kind of stupid to call them shops when you're not really buying anything from them.

[He needs to stop and check for a moment if he's going in the right direction as they walk, seeing as it was only the other day he got here himself.]

This way, shouldn't be far. But yeah, just pants in this weather is ridiculous, the Malnosso should... I don't know, hand out coats for winter.

That's true. What's weirder is I'm more used to paying for things. It almost feels like stealing if I'm not leaving some gald somewhere.

I guess so? I just figured every world would use the same thing, so everyone would use gald.
